What to include

  • What happened, and which site you used (Flow, Gemini or ChatGPT).
  • For a problem in the extension: open the panel, go to Help and choose Report a problem; it copies the details for you. Paste them in your message.
  • For a payment question: the date, the amount and the payment ID.
